I appreciate all of the responses from the notes that where sent out . Majority of those who replied want to see the club go on, yet where comfortable with its closure. So, this club will continue! Fan art would be great! Especially for the new contest

Contest News:

It would be interesting to see what the Samurai 7 group would do at a party or celebration. Would Heihachi be to concentrated on the rice to care about socializing? Would Kyuzo hide away in a corner and meditate, while being bugged by Gorobei to have some fun? What would Kambei do? LETS SEE SOME ACTION!!

Fan Fics:

This may be a stretch for some, but I think that it would be cool to introduce something new to the club. If any of you are unclear of what a fan fic (short for fan fiction), it is a short or ongoing story that has its roots in an anime or manga that you like. This can be a farce or the original, an extension of the story line or another story that includes the original characters or similar situations. I personally love to read and write (occasionally) fan fics, and would love to see what others can do with the Samurai 7 storyline.
